Tire Town was an adaptive re-use of the historic Firestone Garage on 300 West Street in Salt Lake City. The building was in the then blighted Pioneer Park neighborhood and its renovation was the first step in creating an urban village surrounding the only downtown public park where high destiny housing, local neighborhood retail on walkable streets and a large public space could all exist simultaneously. It was a daring and visionary remodel considering the neighborhood at the time. The project created new retail, office and residential space. It was a quick success and ushered in a new era in the neighborhood.

The historic 1930's Sugar House Post Office provided an understated classically detailed shell for a complete interior remodel. Most of the original interior had been remodeled or severely altered several times in the intervening decades leaving it largely unsalvageable. A creative and sensitive solution to a narrow lot resulted in two extraordinary condominium units while allowing up hill neighbors to retain their view. Patrick Lofts was an adaptive re-use of the historic Patrick-Decker building, formerly a dry goods warehouse and store, built in 1914 in downtown Salt Lake City. A center courtyard was created by cutting through the historic concrete floors opening up the center of the building to natural light and air. Fourty condominium units were arranged on the north and south sides of the courtyard. The main floor was preserved as retail/restaurant space and the basement as parking with a rear entrance ramp. The roof was provided with stair and elevator access where a large community terrace and ten private roof terrace spaces were constructed.
